Rayne Nutrition recently announced the launch of a direct-to-client ecommerce storefront as a way to supply nutritionally suitable veterinary diets to Canadian pet owners and patients that don’t meet the extended best by dates for our distribution partners. Because of rising manufacturing and fulfillment costs, and a commitment to providing exception customer service and patient care, Rayne’s direct-to-client ecommerce store will only be available for pet owners in Ontario at this time.
Rayne Nutrition diets will still be available through veterinary practices across Canada as we will continue to prioritize distribution of our diets through the Canadian distribution partners. We appreciate your support as we review how to expand our direct-to-client offering to patients across all of Canada.
